This page explains how to delete your TrackLife account (operated by Fogtown Labs LLC) and the data associated with it, and what happens to your information when you do.

Delete your account yourself

You can permanently delete your TrackLife account from inside TrackLife, on the iPhone, iPad and Android apps and on the web. There is no email, no phone call, and nothing to sign up for:

  1. Open TrackLife and tap (or click) the account menu.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete your account.
  3. Read what is deleted and what stays. In the mobile apps, tap Continue; on the web it is all on one screen.
  4. Confirm by checking "I understand this is permanent" and typing your own name, then choose Delete my account.

Your account is disabled and you are signed out immediately. It is permanently deleted 24 hours later, and we email you a link you can use to cancel during that window in case it was a mistake.

If you are your club's only owner, the same screen asks what should happen to the club before it lets you finish: hand it to another staff member, or close it and delete its data. It is one flow: you are never sent somewhere else to do something first.

If you can no longer sign in

The steps above need you to be signed in, because that is how we know the account is yours. If you have lost access to it, email privacy@tracklife.run from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account." Include your name and your club so we can confirm the account is yours; we verify the request and permanently delete your account and its data within 30 days, and email you when it is done. This is a fallback for people who cannot get in, not a step anyone is asked to take.

Delete a child's data yourself (parents & guardians)

If you're a parent or guardian, you can permanently delete a linked under-13 child's data directly in the app, without contacting us:

  1. Open the TrackLife app and tap the account menu.
  2. Tap Privacy & consent.
  3. Choose the child, then tap Withdraw consent & delete data.
  4. Confirm by checking "I understand this is permanent" and typing the child's name, then tap Withdraw & delete.

Collection stops immediately. The data is permanently deleted after a 24-hour undo window (you can cancel during that window).

What is deleted, what is kept

Your account and login; your profile; performance marks and results; coach, locker, and practice notes tied to you; messages you sent; photos and videos you posted; attendance and timing records; and your roster profile. A minimal, PII-free record that a deletion occurred (timestamps and counts only, with no name, marks, or contact info). For a child whose data is deleted under parental-consent withdrawal, an immutable parental-consent record is retained as legal proof of consent, as required by COPPA.
